RIPON, Wis. (WRPN) – Green Lake County Sheriff’s officials say the operator of a truck was injured in a single-vehicle crash on County Highway D Wednesday morning.
The vehicle left the road and went into a wooded area. ThedaStar flew the operator to a hospital. Princeton Fire Department extricated the driver in extremely challenging conditions.
The Sheriff’s Department says they are hoping for the best possible outcome for the vehicle operator. They also expressed thanks to a local property owner who understood what had happened and called 911 to report the crash.
Green Lake/Brooklynn Fire Department, Berlin EMS, ThedaStar, and the State Patrol also responded to the scene.
