RIPON, Wis (WRPN)- A 26-year-old Waukesha man has been sentenced to six years in prison and six years of extended supervision for leading Fond du Lac County deputies on a high-speed chase that culminated when he struck the back of a milk truck.
After the crash deputies found drugs, guns, and money in Justin Fena’s vehicle. Methamphetamine, cocaine, LSD, THC, ketamine, and ecstasy were seized during the search. A substantial amount of ammunition and five firearms including two AK-47s were also located.
Fena was sentenced Monday on two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, cocaine trafficking, fleeing an officer, and causing injury while operating under the influence. Eight other charges stemming from the March 4th, 2025 pursuit were read into the record and dismissed.
Fena was also fined $500 and his driver’s license was revoked for five years during Monday’s sentencing.
