Emmett Durtschi is the Superintendent of the Berlin Area School District. He discussed the return of students for another school year, an increase in staff, and his yearly keynote address to staff. This year it was about "Portrait of a Graduate," something the state mandated for education. Basically, it is 8 traits they would like to see students develop between kindergarten and 12th grade.
