Price County Man Injured in Dodge County Crash

RIPON, Wis (WRPN)- A 73-year-old Phillips man was seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash in Dodge County Tuesday afternoon.

According to Dodge County Sheriff’s officials, deputies responded to the area of State Highway 49/Panzer Road in the Town of Leroy shortly after 4 pm.

The man from Phillips was heading west in his SUV when he crossed the centerline. A pickup truck driven by a 33-year-old Menasha man struck his SUV. Both vehicles caught fire.

The Phillips man was flown to Summit Hospital. The pickup truck driver was uninjured, but was taken to the Dodge County Jail for operating a vehicle while revoked.
